This is an 18-year-old female with pendulous and tuberous breasts. She wore a DD bra and presented to the office with a desire to reduce her breasts to a full B cup. She underwent a breast reduction and is very pleased with her new breast size and shape. Results are eight weeks after surgery; scars will continue to fade.
