This is a 65-year-old female who had a bilateral breast augmentation 37 years prior. It was discovered that her implants had ruptured. Rather than replace her implants, she chose to undergo a bilateral en bloc removal of her breast implants with a bilateral breast lift. Results are four weeks after surgery; scars and bruising will continue to fade.
