This is a 70-year-old female who had undergone a bilateral breast augmentation 40 years prior with another surgeon. Imaging showed that her left breast implant had ruptured. She underwent a bilateral implant exchange and lift to restore her breasts to a youthful position and shape. The patient is very pleased with her results. Results are six months after surgery.
