52-year-old patient presented unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after undergoing a breast augmentation with another surgeon. She underwent an implant removal with breast lift (mastopexy) with the use of mesh, liposuction for contouring and fat grafting to both breasts with Dr. Fisher.
