57-year-old with hx of R breast cancer tx with R mastectomy / chemo, no RT. Underwent delayed recon by another surgeon - R expander to implant (300cc), L implant (170). Presented to me 17 years later unhappy with lack of symmetry and hoping for size increase. Photo: 3 months after bilateral implant exchange (R: 450cc, L: 295cc) and fat grafting to R breast. Now awaiting NAC tattoing R breast.
