48 yo with history of R breast cancer treated with R mastectomy with implant reconstruction, chemotherapy, and left breast implant placement. Presented to Dr. Dumestre 10 years later unhappy with asymmetry and shape. Photos: Before; 3 months after implant exchange (350cc to 525cc silicone implant) with repositioning to above muscle position, repair of pec muscle, left breast lift, and fat transfer to both breasts for contour.
