56 yo with history of R breast cancer treated with R mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, and reconstruction with R breast implant placement, Left breast lift / implant placement. Presented to Dr. Dumestre 2 years later, unhappy with asymmetry. Photos: Before; 6 months after implant exchange (RB: 800cc to 800cc silicone implant - largest size, LB: 560cc to 275cc), left breast reduction and fat transfer to both breasts for contour.
