62-year-old patient presented after unfortunately suffering a bilateral breast implant loss under the care of another surgeon. She underwent a cosmetic breast reconstruction with bilateral tissue expander placement to stretch the skin followed by silicone implant placement, areola reduction, and fat grafting to the breasts by Dr. Fisher.
