57-year-old with a history of right breast cancer treated with lumpectomy and radiation. Presented two years later, unhappy with the shape, deep puckering of the right breast scar, and displacement of the nipple. Reconstruction was planned as a two-stage surgical approach.
Photos: Before; 2 weeks after the first surgery (right breast latissimus flap and tissue expander placement); 6 months after the second surgery (right breast implant placement – 485cc – and matching left breast reduction, lift, and implant placement – 485cc).
