37-year-old who presented after previously undergoing prophylactic mastectomies and implant placement with another surgeon but unfortunately required implant removal. She presented our practice unhappy with her results after undergoing multiple rounds of fat grafting to the breasts. She underwent a delayed bilateral DIEP flap with Dr. Fisher.
