43 yo initially treated with lumpectomy for L breast cancer, no radiation. She then required a completion mastectomy for positive margins, and presented to Dr. Dumestre seeking immediate autologous recon. Photos: Preop, 6 months after 1st stage (L DIEP flap, patient had her belly button peirced 3 months after surgery), 2 months after 2nd stage (L breast contouring, R breast lift and fat grafting) performed by Dr. Dumestre.
