Hybrid Breast Reconstruction Gallery Patient 118726
This 52-year-old patient had previously undergone a preventative double mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction performed at another facility. Unhappy with the size of her reconstructed breasts, she consulted Dr. Dumestre for revision. She underwent placement of 485cc moderate projection silicone implants beneath the DIEP flaps to enhance volume and achieve her desired outcome. These photos show her before revision surgery and one year after implant placement.
