45 yo diagnosed with cancer in both breasts, planned treatment double mastectomy wanted reconstruction to maintain current size. Photos: Before; 3 months after double nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate above the muscle implant reconstruction using 385cc moderate plus projection silicone implants. Now awaiting planned 2nd surgery for fat transfer to breast to conceal ripples and improve contour.
