45 yo diagnosed with left breast cancer, planned treatment chemotherapy, radiation therapy and left breast lumpectomy. Has history of cosmetic breast implants placed 12 years prior, complicated with left breast capsular contracture. Desired simultaneous implant exchange and breast re-shaping.
