What Is Special About Daxxify?

Although Daxxify is often compared to other injectable neurotoxins, it is unique. All neurotoxins require a stabilizer, and with treatments like BOTOX and Dysport, human or animal byproducts are used for that purpose. However, instead of using human or animal proteins, Daxxify uses a novel peptide as its stabilizer. This not only makes Daxxify an entirely vegan product, but it also helps it produce long-lasting results that look amazingly natural.

Dysport

At Austin Cosmetic Medspa, we also offer an alternative injectable neuromodulator called Dysport. Utilizing the same active ingredient as BOTOX, Dysport is FDA-approved for the treatment of glabellar lines, which form between the eyebrows and are commonly referred to as frown lines. Xeomin

Xeomin is a prescription purified protein solution derived from the botulinum toxin and is a neuromodulator indicated for the correction of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. It prevents the underlying muscle movements and activity that causes wrinkles and lines.

How Do Neuromodulators Work?

Injectable wrinkle relaxers are made with botulinum toxin type A, a type of neurotoxin known as a neuromodulator.
